Our family wanted to buy a house, and even before we started the process, I was already mentally and emotionally preparing, dreading the whole thing. I had heard from so many people how buying a house was so stressful, especially in California and even worse in the San Diego market.

I am here to share that our experience with John was amazing and easy. Yes, easy! I have purchased things on Amazon that were more complicated than buying this house, and that's all because of John and how he properly explained the process from the beginning. He listened to what we wanted, making sure that we could find something that would match my requirements and my husband's wants, as we both had very different things that were important to us.

We only saw 4 properties. We found what we liked, put in an offer that was accepted, and just like that, a few weeks later, we became homeowners. We are super happy and excited.

John was Super helpful throughout my home buying process. He was really good at listening to my preferences/wishlist for what I was looking for in a house, he gave me tips on what to look out for in older houses, he cautioned me on certain areas (traffic etc) and house configurations, he did his own price valuations to determine if the asking price on a property was reasonable, and he worked hard on my behalf during the negotiations/inspection prices. After the close date, the sellers had left a bunch of trash outside the bins and John went above and beyond in working with the sellers’ realtor and taking care of the extra trash so I didn’t have to deal with it when I was moving in. But above all of this, the best thing about John was his integrity in working with everyone and especially fellow realtors. I would highly highly recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
