The Cathedral City Historical Society chose this. home for their 2012 property of the year.The owner built a block wall fence too high and failed to obtain permits with the City Of Cathedral City.The fence in most areas needs to be lowered to 6 feet. He is working with the city to comply. The city may require the work to be completed before the close of escrow. He has submitted new plans for the block wall fence and is awaiting approval.
